Small Office IT Support
Technician will call to perform a diagnosis over the phone to ensure they can bring the necessary part(s) to repair the PC. Diagnosis on desktop and appropriate repairs. Your computer must meet minimum requirements for repair. Problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, are not covered under these prices. Repairs for these conditions will be given a parts and labor price quote prior to any work being initiated.
Check hardware and perform system analysis to identify any hardware failures or conflicts. Software analysis to identify any software related issues. Note: Hardware repairs based on the diagnosis will require additional fees
Obtain a brief description of the symptoms. Boot PC and ensure that the Windows OS can fully load. Ascertain the presence/status of antivirus software. Install approved removal applications if necessary. Run system and disk cleaner, registry cleaner, start up manager and auto run (if applicable). The operating system is Windows Vista or Windows XP (Home/Professional). Bootable rescue and recovery CDs should be on-hand.
Data transfer or Data backup
Transfer your data from one PC to another PC, external drive, CD/DVD drive, USB device, external media (provided by the customer), or online source (provided by the customer).
Wireless network security check
Run system analysis on PC to check overall health Check to see if any Firewall/Security System exists. Enable any security Settings needed to protect customer's PC.
Hard drive recovery
Includes initial assessment of drive/disk to determine if media can be recovered. 100% Guarantee: no data, no charge. If we cannot recover your data, there is no charge to you.
Physical hard drive failure
Flat fee pricing with no data no charge policy. Upon physical inspection and questionnaire, unit will be sent out to a lab for full professional data recovery. Service will include recovery of customer-selected files and returned to customer on a new drive.
PC Tune up
We'll boost the speed and performance of your PC by removing trial ware, adjusting key settings that may be slowing it down, and disk defragmentation and cleanup. When done in store, a PC Tune up also includes removal of dust and dirt buildup.
System restore on one PC. Restore CDs must be provided or the restore data must be partitioned on the hard drive. All information on PC should be backed up prior to appointment and have the certificate of authenticity or verification key (provided with every version of Windows) on-hand
